Aculon® NanoProof® 3-02 is a specialty nano-coating containing 2% solids for an ultrathin surface film with excellent hydrophobicity and oleophobicity for printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-02 is an innovative light-green coating formulation designed to protect electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) from environmental damage and corrosion. NanoProof® 3-02 is compatible with a wide range of metals, polymers, and semiconductor materials, such as polystyrene, PPS, PET, ABS, glass, aluminum, and stainless steel .
NanoProof® 3-02 is a versatile solution that can be applied using brush, spray, flow coat, or dip application methods. As an ultrathin coating formula, Aculon® NanoProof® 3-02 effectively stops the bleed out and spread of epoxies, resin, and underfill materials. The coating provided by Aculon® NanoProof® 3-02 is cured at ambient temperatures of approximately 25°C; typically, around five minutes of cure time is required.
