Honi-Bake® Dry Honey is made from pure honey converted to a free-flowing powder through a special drying process. It is used widely in variety breads and other baking applications as a convenient replacement for liquid honey.
Product Overview
An economical replacement for liquid honey, Honi-Bake® is pure honey dried into a free-flowing powder; it can be used in any formulations that requires the unique taste of honey. Replace liquid honey with Honi-Bake® Dry Honey, approximately pound for pound. When replacing liquid honey in a dough or batter, add an additional one-half pound to one pound of water for each pound of Honi-Bake® Dry Honey.
