HiTEC® 2597 ashless additive package is a cost-effective solution for formulating circulating oils and rust and oxidation (R&O) oils.
HiTEC® 2597 performance additive package is a zinc-free, cost-effective additive for the formulation of rust and oxidation (R&O) oils for use as circulating and bearing lubricants. This R&O additive contains anti-wear properties and rust inhibitors that provide wear and corrosion protection to equipment, as well as antioxidants that provide oxidation stability and improve lubricant longevity. The product also contains antifoam additives for exceptional foam control. It is soluble in Group I, II, and III base stocks and can be used at various treat rates depending on application and desired final fluid performance. Lubricants formulated with HiTEC® 2597 additive can meet the following specifications:

Circulating oil systems can face various issues without proper performance additives, including runaway foaming, oxidation and fouling, sludge formation, and water contamination. These problems can shorten the lubricant life, increase maintenance intervals, or impact equipment performance.
