Overview
HiTEC® 3250 additive package is designed for formulating high-performance industrial gear oils that meet the latest Flender requirements, as well as common industrial gear oil specifications. The gear oil additive can extend the life of gearboxes by reducing bearing and gear wear and lower operating costs by preventing seal leaks.
Industrial gear oils formulated with Group I or II base oils and HiTEC® 3250 additive can demonstrate performance exceeding many industry specifications and standards. These gear specifications include the following:

Problems Solved
Gear oil that has insufficient extreme-pressure and wear protection can result in gear wear, bearing wear, or gearbox failure. If the additives in the oil are incompatible with seals, the seals can shrink or degrade, causing oil leaks or potential contamination.
