HiTEC® 55300 additive package is designed for formulating premium hydraulic fluids with zinc-free technology and outstanding oxidation control.
HiTEC® 55300 premium zinc-free technology delivers exceptional oxidation stability in hydraulic fluid formulations, as evidenced in extended A2F10 pump testing. It also provides superior anti-wear performance to maintain equipment protection during the entirety of a fluid’s service life. The additive's excellent filterability performance allows for quick contaminant removal, preventing equipment wear from abrasive particulates. Because of its broad OEM approvals and environmental benefits, HiTEC® 55300 additive is well suited for hydraulic systems operating under severe conditions and with environmental sensitivities.

Hydraulic oils operating under extreme conditions are more likely to degrade, creating sludge and varnish that impact lubricant performance, shorten oil life, and cause premature wear. For environmentally sensitive applications, hydraulic oils with zinc can be toxic to fish and wildlife.
