AKPEROX® DCP is a multifunctional compound from AKPA designed for use in the cross-linking of elastomers and olefin plastics and the free radical polymerization and curing of unsaturated polyester resins. This dialkyl peroxide is available as a white crystalline solid with an active oxygen content of 5.80%. It also exhibits excellent performance as a coagent for flame retardancy and may also be used for initiating styrene monomers for expandable polystyrene applications.
