2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate (CAS 103-11-7) can be easily polymerized with other monomers such as butyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, styrene, and many more to form a wide variety of polymers useful in flexible applications. When incorporated into a polymer 2-EHA imparts good water resistance, excellent low temperature flexibility, and outstanding weathering and UV resistance. It is also a useful feed stock for chemical synthesis.
