BONDERITE® S-FN 309 is a dispersion of PTFE resin in isopropyl alcohol for rapid-cure dry film lubrication.
BONDERITE® S-FN 309 (also known as EMRALON 309) is a high-performance solution of concentrated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles in an IPA-based solvent carrier. The dry film lubricant quickly dries onto surfaces to form a robust, low-friction coating. Because of its flexibility, BONDERITE® S-FN 309 exhibits excellent surface adhesion on a wide variety of substrate types, including wood, fabric, metal, plastic, glass, and rubber. Its superior lubricating performance allows for reduced surface friction and wear, leading to extended equipment life and a reduction in preventative and emergency maintenance cycles.

PTFE-based coatings are often used in these cases, but traditional PTFE dry film lubricants can encounter issues adhering to nonmetallic surfaces, such as malleable materials like rubber and plastic or nonconductive substrates like wood and glass.
