Overview
BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON (previously known as EMRALON 333) is a fluorinated dry film lubricant formulated with PTFE, an organic resin binder, and a solvent. The product combines the durability of thermoplastic resin with the frictional performance of PTFE to create a dry film lubricant that outperforms conventional fluorocarbon coatings in many applications. This lubricating coating demonstrates a low coefficient of friction, superior adhesion and hardness, excellent resiliency, and easy cure. BONDERITE® S-FN 333 ACHESON lasts longer than pure PTFE, provides enhanced chemical resistance, and can be repaired without removing the existing coating.
