The Ingevity Altapyne^® product line of bio-based distilled tall oil co-emulsifiers provide reduced foam due to higher rosin content for ease of formulation and better lubrication. They also improve high water emulsion stability in order to extend the life of the metal working fluid and have a lower environmental impact as they are biodegradable.
