ENLITEN® Reb M stevia leaf sweetener is 95% Rebaudioside M, and is less than 1% of all steviol glycosides. It brings the cleanest sweetness of the stevia grades, and has no bitter aftertaste. Reb M is as close to sugar-like taste as you can get from the stevia leaf.
ENLITEN® Reb M stevia leaf sweetener brings you clean sweetness and no bitter aftertaste; as close to sugar-like taste as you can get from the stevia leaf. It has three glucose molecules affixed to the steviol backbone, and therefore is highest in sweetness intensity compared to Reb A and Reb D. It's solubility is at 0.15%, and has a sugar equivalence of 8 to 10 SE, at 600 ppm, 0.060% of formulation.
