Bak-klene® Cake Masters is a high-quality bakery release oil recommended for use in preparing bread, muffins, yeast products, and high-sugar doughs, providing uniform product release from baking pans. With a blend of soybean oil, wheat starch, soy lecithin, and a natural flavor, this release coating has low water activity and moisture content, preventing microbial growth. It can be easily sprayed or brushed to coat baking pans to prevent products from sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
