UTILIOL GA-15P
UTILIOL GA-15P is a polyether-type water-soluble metalworking oil formulated to provide improved lubricity, accuracy, compatibility, and anti-foaming properties compared to alternative water-soluble metalworking fluids on the market. It helps to improve processing speeds and extend the service life of equipment by reducing corrosion and damage during operation. UTILIOL GA-15P has a low viscosity of 263 mm²/s @ 40⁰C and a high cloud point of 52⁰C.
UTILIOL GA-15P is an innovative water-soluble polyether-type base material for water-soluble metalworking oils to reduce friction and foaming in metalworking operations. In comparison to alternative water-soluble metalworking oils available, UTILIOL GA-15P exhibits improved lubricity and cooling with low foaming properties to enable high-speed and high-temperature machining operations that commonly damage machine equipment and tools. It is especially recommended in the machining of light, difficult-to-cut materials with high ductility, such as aluminum, due to its diverse material compatibility. UTILIOL GA-15P also provides reduced environmental impact and improved working environments as it is non-flammable and creates reduced waste oil drainage.
