HRJ-1367 is a para-substituted alkyl phenolic resin that is oil soluble and heat reactive. It is excellent for use in polychloroprene cement, adhesives, inks, and coating formulations.
HRJ-1367 is an oil-soluble and heat-reactive resin based on para-substituted alkyl phenol. It offers several features, such as high reactivity, narrow molecular weight, and light color. HRJ-1367 provides green strength and heat resistance to polychloroprene cement and pressure-sensitive adhesives. It can also be used to formulate hard ink resins and coatings with high chemical resistance.
In polychloroprene contact cement formulations, HRJ-1367 provides good green strength, extends open tack time, increases heat resistance, and improves film adhesion to metals, glass, and other substrates.
