Versatile phenolic antioxidant that is especially well suited for wire and cable applications, providing heat stability during processing and end use.
Product Overview
LOWINOX™ TBM6 is a versatile hindered thiophenol antioxidant that is especially well suited for medium, high, and extra high voltage wire and cable applications. It also synergizes well with carbon black, acts as an anti-skinning agent in hot melt adhesives, provides heat stability in lubricants, and anti-scorch protection for polyurethanes during condensation of TDI on polyesters. LOWINOX™ TBM6 has excellent compatibility with peroxides and is highly resistant to thermo-oxidative degradation and washout.
