ZymeFlow® UN657 is a water-based chemical solution that is fast, effective, and safe for cleaning and decontaminating refinery and industrial equipment.
ZymeFlow's foundational chemistry, ZymeFlow® UN657, is a biodegradable, self-breaking water-based emulsion highly effective at de-oiling and cleaning contaminants in refining and industrial units. With the ability to clean nearly every type of equipment in the plant, this dual-action surfactant and oxidizer package de-oils, eliminates LELs and benzene, and oxidizes hydrogen sulfide and pyrophoric iron sulfide in as little as 8 to 12 hours. Additionally, ZymeFlow® UN657 is one of the safest decontamination chemistries in the world to handle. Because it is nontoxic and safe for workers and the environment, there is very little impact on wastewater systems, creating significantly less hydrocarbon loading of effluent than competitive technologies. ZymeFlow® UN657 is primarily designed for Vapour-Phase® but can be used in all application methods.

When refinery and industrial equipment becomes contaminated with benzene, hydrogen sulfide, or other hazardous substances, it creates significant health risks and environmental hazards.
