How do I set up my carrier with ChemPoint?
When placing an order, let our Customer Solutions team know if you’d like use your own carrier. Once your order is ready to ship, they’ll work directly with your carrier to arrange pick-up. If for any reason our carrier does not service the warehouse your order is shipping from, our team will let you know and provide alternate options.
