Loctite® 241 is a medium-strength, low-viscosity, anaerobic threadlocker designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners that require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. It cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, preventing loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. The adhesive is particularly effective on less active substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces.
Loctite® 241 is a one-component, anaerobic adhesive formulated for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. Its low viscosity allows for easy application and penetration into small threads up to M12. The product cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, forming a durable bond that resists loosening due to shock and vibration.
