TEROSON® PU 9225 is a two-component OEM-specified repair solution from Henkel designed to fix damage in automotive parts, such as bumpers, trim, spoilers, aprons, and other body parts. It can be applied to various plastic materials, including PP/EPDM, PUR, PA, PC, SMC, and ABC, providing advanced bonding and paintability after cure for interior and exterior parts. TEROSON® PU 9225 cures at room temperature, achieving sandability after 20 minutes and full cure after 5 hours. The cure speed of TEROSON® PU 9225 can be accelerated using infrared heat at 60°C.
