OMNIFIT® 230M is a rapid curing bolt stabilizing compound formulated for its high-strength bonding of shaft hub connections and stud fasteners. It has a viscosity of 700 to 1000 mPa.s and can be used at a temperature range of ─60°C to 200°C.

OMNIFIT® 230M is a high-strength holding adhesive from Henkel with a medium viscosity of 700 to 1000 mPa.s at 20°C. It is optimized for use on smooth surfaces, as well as shaft/ hub connections and high-strength stud fastening, providing a fast curing, high-strength bond. OMNIFIT® 230M cures anaerobically through metal catalysis upon application to metal surfaces and provides a maximum breaking torque resistance with a torque strength of 40 Nm.
