TEROSON® PU 9100 (also known as TEROSTAT 9100) is a moisture-curing bonding and sealing agent for seams and joints in vehicle body applications. Its thixotropic, white/grey polyurethane base cures upon reaction with humidity and moisture to form a soft elastic joint seal that exhibits excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, wood, and painted surfaces. This elastic bond exhibits excellent sag resistance and rapid cure with a skin formation time of 35 minutes and a cure rate of 4 mm of depth per 24 hours. It also exhibits 350% elongation at break for demanding applications, such as car body sealing, exterior seams, automotive repair, and more. TEROSON® PU 9100 can be applied using a professional dispensing tool with a piston rod at a temperature range of 5°C to 35°C. It is crucial to ensure that surfaces are adequately prepared before use to maximize adhesion and performance.
