TEROSON® PU 9200 (previously known as TEROSTAT 9200) is a 1C polyurethane adhesive polymer that hardens when reacted with moisture with a skin formation time of 35 minutes, but that can be slowed down or sped up by adjusting the temperature and moisture. Increasing temperature and moisture will reduce cure time, while low temperature and low pressure slows the process. This adaptable curing process allows professionals to tailor the bonding and sealing procedure according to specific project requirements, ensuring optimal results. It is recommended to apply this using a professional dispensing tool with a piston rod, which facilitates uniform application and enhances the overall performance of the adhesive. Its rapid cure speed and high elasticity make it suitable for a wide variety of applications in the automotive and industrial industries. It offers exceptional sealing properties and gap-filling capabilities, resisting sag and aging.
