TEROSON® PU 9225 SF ME is a high-performance microemission polyurethane repair solution compatible with various plastic substrates (PP/EPDM, PUR, ABS, PA, PC, SMC) in vehicle body repair. As a fast-curing, OEM-specified compound, it achieves full cure in 1.5 hours to repair cracks and holes smaller than 7 cm.

Developed by Henkel, TEROSON® PU 9225 SF ME two-component polyurethane material designed for the professional repair of vehicle components with scratches or holes smaller than 7 cm. It is compatible with multiple plastic substrates, including SMC, PC, PA, PP/EPDM, ABS, PUR, and more. This repairing compound cures at room temperature with a cure time of 1.5 hours, allowing for sandability within 10 minutes of application. It can also be overpainted with all car paint systems, allowing for use in both interior and exterior applications.
TEROSON® PU 9225 SF ME is a micro-emission grade with an MDI content of less than 0.1% and no R40 risk phrases, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
