TEROSON® PU 8590
TEROSON® PU 8590 is a high elasticity, single-component polyurethane-based adhesive designed by Henkel primarily for automotive glass bonding applications. It offers strong adhesion, enhanced elasticity, and resistance to UV exposure, for applications requiring high durability.
TEROSON® PU 8590 is a dynamic black bonding solution that allows manufacturers to meet increased output goals by delivering rapid cure properties. Manufactured by Henkel for its durable and flexible bonding capabilities suitable for direct glazing in the automotive and industrial industries. This 1C polyurethane paste is free from solvents and isocyanates, providing a safe and efficient solution for various bonding applications, including in front, rear, and side screens in motor vehicle bodies. It exhibits high initial tack and elasticity, achieving cure at a rate of 3 to 4 mm depth in 24 hours on glass, ceramic-coated glass, encapsulations, and painted surfaces.
