LOCTITE® AA 3963 is a transparent, low-viscosity light-curing acrylic adhesive that bonds rigid plastics and metals. It cures rapidly under UV or visible light and is suitable for medical-device and general-purpose rigid bonding applications.
Viscosity (uncured): 250–450 mPa·s at 25 °C (cone & plate, 100 s⁻¹)
Specific gravity (uncured) ≈ 1.02 at 25 °C
Cure method: UV / visible light exposure
Typical fixture time (at 10 mW/cm², 405 nm LED): ≤ 10 seconds for 0.1 N/mm² shear strength

Use LOCTITE® AA 3963 to bond rigid plastics, metals or combinations thereof. Ensure bonding surfaces are clean and dry. Dispense adhesive and assemble parts.
