LOCTITE® EA 9466 is a medium-viscosity structural adhesive specially designed with an extended open time to suit industrial applications where adjusting parts during assembly may be necessary. It provides tough bonding capabilities, forming an off-white bond with excellent peel and shear resistance.

LOCTITE® EA 9466 is a two-part room-temperature curing adhesive designed for demanding industrial applications that require a long open time. It offers an extended working life of about 60 minutes and has a fixturing time of 180 minutes on steel, allowing for the readjustment of components during assembly, ensuring ease of use and efficiency. LOCTITE® EA 9466 features an epoxy resin and an amine hardener that are to be mixed in a 2:1 mix ratio by volume, forming an off-white bond line with excellent bond strength and resistance properties on a wide variety of plastics and metals. It can withstand chemicals, solvents, and more, in addition to providing electrical insulation and high shear and peel strength.
