LOCTITE® HY 4080 GY is a high-performance cyanoacrylate/acrylic hybrid structural adhesive that offers robust strength, versatility and fast fixture time. With a 1:1 mix ratio, this high-viscosity adhesive has versatile substrate compatibility, providing a strong bond to various materials, including composites, plastics, and metals. LOCTITE® HY 4080 GY achieves handling strength in 10 minutes with a tensile strength of 1,639 psi and excellent impact resistance. It also has excellent resistance to both peel and impact loads, making it ideal for high demand environments. LOCTITE® HY 4080 GY can handle temperatures ranging from ─40°C to 150°C and is available in a 50 g dual cartridge.
