LOCTITE® MR 5923 is a flexible gasket and sealing agent with a solvent-based formulation of modified resin, fillers, and alcohol. It provides an air-dry cure with slow-drying properties and excellent resistance, to provide industrial components with high-performance leakage and damage repair. LOCTITE® MR 5923 withstands temperatures ranging from ─54°C to 204°C.

LOCTITE® MR 5923 is a solvent-based, dark reddish to brown, viscous liquid sealant that is recommended for use in gasketing and sealing applications in industrial, aviation, automotive, and marine industries. It contains a blend of modified resin, fillers, and alcohol that cures slowly by air drying to form a hard, pliable film that is resistant to water, gasoline, motor oil, transmission fluid, and ethylene glycol in addition to high-temperature conditions up to 204°C. It is specially designed to seal close-fitting parts, threaded connections, transmission pans, valve covers, and machined surfaces.
