LOCTITE® SF 194500 is a solvent-free surface coating and adhesion promoter for enhancing to bonding and cure speed of LOCTITE® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. It is formulated with a reactive methacrylate monomer to increase the bond integrity on dichromate surfaces.

LOCTITE® SF 194500 is an anaerobic activator compound designed to accelerate the curing process of LOCTITE® anaerobic adhesives, in low-activity metal assemblies where difficult-to-bond substrate, like galvanized steel and zinc electroplated surfaces, are used. This low-viscosity liquid organocopper primer contains a solvent-free reactive methacrylate monomer base with positive fluorescence under UV. It can be cured via copolymerization to provide durable bond integrity.
