LOCTITE® SF 7471 is an acetone and isopropanol solvent-based anaerobic primer for anaerobic adhesives and sealants on passive metals or inert surfaces. It provides excellent curing at temperatures below 15°C (59°F) with a drying time of 30 to 70 seconds.

LOCTITE® SF 7471 is a one-component activating primer designed by Henkel to enhance the cure speed of anaerobic adhesives and sealants. It contains an amine and thiazole chemical type with acetone and isopropanol solvents, producing a very low viscosity transparent, yellow to amber liquid with an on-part life of 7 days. It dries in 30 to 70 seconds on passive metals or inert surfaces with large bond gaps. LOCTITE® SF 7471 is suitable for use in low-temperature applications, ensuring rapid curing in conditions with temperatures below 15°C (59°F).
