LOCTITE® UK 5400 is a highly thixotropic threadsealing compound that efficiently locks and seals threaded pipes and fittings made from metal substrates. It cures to form a tough seal between close metal surfaces, preventing the leakage and loosening often caused by shock and vibration during use. Its thixotropic nature ensures minimal migration after application for optimal performance. LOCTITE® UK 5400 provides rapid curing in the absence of air, with the rate of cure depending on the bondline gap.
