Applications
Lycopene can only be used as a dietary supplement in products sold in the US. It may only be used as an alternative to yellow-orange food coloring in products sold in the EU.
This grade is suitable for tablets, hard-shell capsules, gummies, premixes, fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, yogurts, ice cream, fondant, and sausages.
