Applications
Natural Beta-Carotene 30% Sun/N can be used as a coloring agent or provitamin A in fat-based products, including margarine, oil, butter, cheese, ice cream, mayonnaise, whipped toppings, salad dressings, sauces, bakery products, and creamy soups. It is also ideal for use in softgel nutraceutical applications.
This grade is not suitable for beverages, tablets, and hard-shell capsules.
