Natural Beta-Carotene 30% Sun/N is a suspension of sunflower oil containing crystals of beta-carotene. It is used for provitamin A fortification and as a coloring agent in fat-based food, beverage, and supplement products.
This 30% beta-carotene liquid grade consists of a suspension containing micronized crystals of naturally sourced beta-carotene dispersed in sunflower oil. It imparts a vibrant and heat-stable yellow-orange-to-orange color in fat-based products.
