What additional fees might apply to my order?

North America

Unless shipped on ChemPoint Freight, orders are subject to the following applicable processing fee(s) to cover the associated costs.
- Parcel processing and handling: $20
- LTL processing and handling: $75
- FTL processing and handling: $100
- Bulk load processing and handling: $100

Expedite request: $300
This applies to orders requested to ship the same or next day, or existing orders requested to be pulled in to ship same day, to cover the costs associated with expediting efforts.

Export order (excluding United States to Canada): $500
This applies to orders shipping to Puerto Rico or shipping from the United States or Canada to an end destination outside the United States or Canada. It covers the cost of additional staffing, technology systems, third-party partners, processes, and paperwork needed to compliantly facilitate the exportation of goods and documents.


EMEA

EU export document fee: €95 minimum
This applies to orders shipping from the EU to an end destination outside the EU territory, to cover the cost of the creation, legalization, and handling of the required customs documents.

- Shipments to the UK and Switzerland incur a €95 fee
- Shipments to non-European countries incur a €250 fee, at a minimum

Unless shipped on ChemPoint Freight, orders with a shipment value greater than €5 000 are subject to the following applicable “No Show” processing fee(s).
- Client has booked a collection slot with the warehouse and failed to show: €500
- Client does not collect as per the committed date and was given a reminder for a week: €350 per week after the initial week
