Overview
Contains 70% honey solids on a dry basis, providing maximum honey flavor in virtually any food application. Replace liquid honey with SweetRight® Honey 2000, approximately pound for pound. When replacing liquid honey in a dough or batter, add an additional one-half pound to one pound of water for each pound of SweetRight® Honey 2000.
