Overview
A maltodextrin lactose powder blend intended to be used in oil and dry snack applications. Use with SweetRight® Dry Roast or HS Oil Roast honey powders. Mix the SweetRight® HS Tack X with water in the ration of approximately 46% tack blend and 54% water. If warm water (100° F) is used, the tack blend will go into solution faster. The solution of SweetRight® HS Tack X can be used as an adhesive by spraying onto the surface of either nuts or snack at around 2-4% by weight rate. Roasting or cooking will fully set the coating.
