HiTEC® 2030 non-silicone defoaming agent has wide applicability and OEM approvals in driveline and industrial lubricant formulations.
HiTEC® 2030 non-silicone defoamer additive is designed to inhibit foam formation and air entrainment in lubricants for industrial and automotive applications. The additive is compatible with a wide variety of base oils and packaging products. When properly formulated, lubricants using HiTEC® 2030 defoamer have been approved by industry-leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Denison, Vickers (Eaton), Cincinnati Lamb, Flender, Alstom, and Siemens.

Foaming in lubricants can cause several concerns for operators, including disruption of the lubricant film, increased heat generation, equipment damage and wear, safety risks, expensive repairs, and downtime.
