HiTEC® 301 is a friction modifier additive package that provides top-tier micropitting performance to industrial gear oils.
HiTEC® 301 additive package is a unique and patented system of friction components. When used in combination with an appropriate anti-wear and EP additive, such as HiTEC® 317, industrial gear oils are imparted with top-tier performance in micropitting. Industrial gear oils formulated with HiTEC® 301 friction modifier can be approved for use with Siemens MD (Flender) and Hansen industrial gears.

HiTEC® 301 is intended for use as a friction modifier additive package to be blended in industrial gear oil for top-tier micropitting performance. The recommended treat rate is 0.65% wt. when used in combination with HiTEC® 317. HiTEC® 301 is compatible with Group I and II mineral oils, and synthetic gear oil.
