Overview
HiTEC® 352 additive package is designed for formulating high-performing industrial gear oils that require Flender Revision 14 claims. The additive has proven clean-gear performance, strong corrosion inhibition, wear protection against micropitting, and excellent oxidation stability. HiTEC® 352 additive also helps reduce deposit formation and retains high levels of phosphorus throughout the operational life of the lubricant, maintaining extended wear protection. It is compatible with conventional mineral oil and a wide range of seals.

Problems Solved
At high temperatures, gear oil is more likely to oxidize and break down. This can create sludge and deposit formation, degrade the lubrication film, and cause metal surface wear and fatigue failure, such as micropitting. Additionally, seals that are incompatible with oil or additives can shrink or deteriorate, causing gearbox leaks.
