Aspartame Fine Granular DM is a nutritive, high-potency sweetener based on two amino acids; L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine. It is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar and brings nothing new to the body.
Aspartame is a low-calorie, amino acid-based sweetener with a sugar-like taste that doesn't impart a lingering or metallic aftertaste. It is digested the same way as other protein foods, and it is both tooth friendly and diabetic friendly. When formulating low- and no-calorie food and beverages, it's an excellent sweetener option to meet taste and calorie goals.
