FruitSource® 40% Mogroside V
FruitSource® 40% Mogroside V is a natural, fruit-based, zero-calorie sweetening ingredient. Harvested from the luo han guo (monk fruit), it has 200–300 times the sweetness of sugar.
FruitSource® is a line of non-nutritive high-intensity sweeteners extracted from the monk fruit (luo han guo or Siraitia grosvenorii). Monk fruit has grown in popularity with consumers as a zero-calorie sweetener due to its natural and clean label claims. This powdered grade consists of pure monk fruit extract standardized to 40% mogroside V, providing a sweetener profile of about 200 times more than table sugar.
