FruitSource® is a line of non-nutritive high-intensity sweeteners extracted from the monk fruit (luo han guo or Siraitia grosvenorii). This liquid juice concentrate grade consists of a lower concentration of mogroside V for easier usage in production and faster solubility in certain liquid products.
