FruitSource® Monk Fruit Concentrate is a natural, fruit-based, zero-calorie sweetening ingredient. This unique liquid juice concentrate, harvested from the luo han guo (monk fruit), has 18 times the sweetness of sugar.
FruitSource® is a line of non-nutritive high-intensity sweeteners extracted from the monk fruit (luo han guo or Siraitia grosvenorii). This liquid juice concentrate grade consists of a lower concentration of mogroside V for easier usage in production and faster solubility in certain liquid products. ChemPoint supplies monk fruit extract from trusted sources to meet quality and food safety needs.
