Rilsan® 2117 BLUE MAC ES
Rilsan® 2117 BLUE MAC ES is a polyamide 11 fine powder with improved weathering capabilities for various coating applications, including wire goods, piping components, metal substrates, machinery, springs, fittingss and other components. It should be applied via an electrostatic spraying process.
Rilsan® 2117 BLUE MAC ES is an electrostatic spray powder containing thermoplastic polyamides. It is obtained via renewable resources, such as organic carbon and castor oil, allowing for eco-friendly coatings in various applications. It is suitable for components that may be exposed to high weathering or corrosive environments. It offers excellent flexibility, sound reduction, and resistance to wear, abrasion, corrosion, impacts, and chemical damage.
Rilsan® 2117 BLUE MAC ES exhibits excellent a low coefficient of friction and continued adhesion after over 2,000 hours of salt spray testing. Rilsan® 2117 BLUE MAC ES is RAL 5012 in the RAL color chart.
