Overview
CELOGEN® AZRV is a high-performance, modified azodicarbonamide foaming agent engineered for rigid PVC foam applications. It delivers a fine, uniform, closed-cell structure, making it ideal for demanding industrial- and consumer-grade PVC products. With a high decomposition temperature, CELOGEN® AZRV ensures controlled foaming, which can be further optimized by adding calcium stearate to the formulation.

Optimum melting temperature: 193°C+

Soluble: Alkaline solutions
Slightly soluble: Dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, water
Insoluble: Acetone, benzene, ethylene dichloride
