Krytox™ 157FS(H) is a high-viscosity (703–1,055 cSt, 40°C) fluorinated oil that functions as a surfactant. Krytox™ 157FS(H) contains a functionalized carboxylic acid group at the terminal fluoromethylene group of poly(hexafluoropropylene oxide).
Chemours Krytox™ 157FS(H) is insoluble in common organic solvents and is completely nonflammable.
