Krytox™ XP 1A4 is a synthetic perfluoropolyether (PFPE) based oil thickened with a PTFE thickener. It contains patented soluble performance additives for anti-rust, anti-wear, and extreme pressure. This synthetic lubricant is an ISO Grade 68 base oil compatible with most metals, plastics, and elastomers, making it suitable for various applications. Its high viscosity index allows it to maintain viscosity over a wide range of temperatures while providing consistent performance. Krytox™ XP 1A4 has an estimated useful temperature range of −51°C to 179°C (−60°F to 355°F).
