Krytox™ XP 1A2 is an ISO Grade 15, PFPE-based synthetic oil with patented soluble additives for anticorrosion and extreme pressure protection for temperatures between −63°C and 132°C (−81°F and 270°F).
Krytox™ XP 1A2 is a high-performance synthetic perfluoropolyether (PFPE) based oil with patented, soluble performance additives for anti-rust, anti-wear, and extreme pressure. This heavy-duty fluorinated pressure grease is also chemically inert and incombustible. Krytox™ XP1 A2 is an ISO Grade 15 based grease with an estimated useful temperature range of −63°C to 132°C (−81°F to 270°F) and excellent compatibility with a wide variety of materials.
Krytox™ XP 1A2 exhibits premium performance in incredibly high-load conditions and prevents metal-on-metal contact, reducing wear and extending the life of your system. Krytox™ XP 1A2 contains proprietary performance additives mixed into the grease and held by a grease thickener. These solid additives are oil solubilized, meaning the additives will not wash away over time.
Krytox™ XP 1A2 is engineered for industries where resistance to harsh environmental conditions is critical, including aerospace, automotive, energy, industrial, and medical. Krytox™ XP 1A2 grease is formulated to protect against the formation of rust, corrosion, friction, wear, chemicals, and more.
