RESOMER® RG 503 H is an acid-terminated version of RESOMER® RG 503 lactide copolymer containing a blend of 50 mol % D,L-Lactide and 50 mol % Glycolide for pharmaceutical controlled release. RESOMER® RG 503 H has an inherent viscosity viscosity of 0.32-0.44 dL/g and is recommended for processing by injection molding.
RESOMER® RG 503 H is a bioabsorbable parenteral excipient recommended for pharmaceutical applications, providing exceptional controlled release capabilities and long-term stability with a maximum of 3 months degradation time. This lactide polymer has a standard mole ration of 50:50 D,L-lactide and glycolide and has been solvent purified to reduce the products residual monomer content.
RESOMER® RG 503 complies with FDA, GMP, EHS, DIN ISO 9001, MAF, and DMF regulations.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in a variety of molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
