RESOMER® R 203 S is a biocompatible and biodegradable homopolymer composed of poly (D,L-lactide). This white to off white solid is designed for pharmaceutical applications, providing controlled drug release.
RESOMER® R 203 S is a specialized co-polymer manufactured by Evonik using polycondensation and di-block co-polymers to produce a poly (D,L-lactide) material. It offers excellent performance in controlled drug delivery systems and medical devices and is suitable for use with small molecules, peptides, proteins, and more. RESOMER® R 203 S has a low inherent viscosity of 0.25─0.35 dL/g and is easily tuned to meet formulation requirements
